PBSC
PBSC is a family run, independent Chartered Surveying practice which was established in 2003. The Principle Surveyor is Mark Pearce BSc(Hons) MRICS who started his career in this profession in 1988. Adding to his earlier qualifications, he was awarded a degree in Building Surveying in 1996; and then was elected by the Professional Body to join as a fully qualified Member of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) in 1998.
PBSC is particularly suited to the Residential or Domestic market offering the personal level of service rightly expected by private homeowners. Selectively we can also tailor our professional services for small commercial concerns, who also seek that more personal level of attention.
Our mission has always been to provide the best possible Professional advise to our clients, and going the extra step to explain all that we are doing for them - and importantly why. We select the key areas of professional services that we offer on a day-to-day basis, so that we can build some continuity with our clients and their buildings. This is, of course, a far more efficient way of working and our clients quickly gain confidence in what they expect to receive from us.
